Return & Refund Policy

At Prowwl, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Eligibility

Because Prowwl products are pet food and consumable items, returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The product is unopened and unused
The product is in its original packaging
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is provided
The product was purchased directly from the Prowwl official website

For health and safety reasons, opened pet food or treat products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened pet food or treats
Used or partially consumed products
Products without original packaging
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Gift cards
Promotional or free items
Products marked as final sale
Products purchased through Amazon or other third-party platforms

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Prowwl.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A clear description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges

Prowwl currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Prowwl.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Prowwl is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
