Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Regions

Prowwl currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not guarantee shipping availability outside the United States through our official website. If an order is placed with an address outside our available shipping region, we may contact you by email or cancel and refund the order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days when available

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping address, and available shipping methods.

Prowwl may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Prowwl is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the shipping package
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
